Thermal rehabilitation of an apartment complex in Mödling | NÖ This project involves the thermal rehabilitation of an apartment complex, which consists of 47 condos in 6 houses. During the thermal rehabilitation, which involved the insulation of the basement ceiling, new tripple isolated windows, and the new thermal protection facade, as well as the stregthening of the recovering of the roof structure, and more, the dewatering of the rainwater and the parking spots were being renewed. New construction and revitalisation of a house in Perchtoldsdorf | NÖ This outdated existing building was entirely being put back into shell construction state. Followed, the existing building was being bulit back up, together with the new constructions. A central stair case was created, which connects all housing units, which are being rented. Rehabilitation of a listed city mansion in Baden| NÖ After agreement of the national heritage agency and building authorities, this listed mansion was brought back into its old charm. Furthermore, 5 housing units were permitted, with the option for an attic expansion, to make 2 housing units out of one. The entire facade, with all its details, was rehabilitated. During this and after consultation of the national heritage agency, all windows were upgraded to modern isolating glass- wooden frame windows, which are modern in technology, but in the style of the origional ones. New construction of an apartment complex in Himberg bei Wien | NÖ This apartment complex was being built by the building cooperative Frieden reg. Gen.m.b.H. Bausache ZT-GmbH coordinated the safety and health protection of the involved companies, and checked the fulfillment of all regulations. Belated installation of an elevator system in Perchtoldsdorf | NÖ After the landlords of an apartment complex, which was already constructed with the management of Bausache ZT- GmbH, and completeted in 2013, wanted to offer their renters more comfort, in the form of an elevator, this wish was being fulfilled. Because the elevator was already thought of when origionally constructed, was the elevator shaft already partly existing and was integrated into the building. New construction of an apartment complex in Vienna | W For this project, Bausache ZT-GmbH has been assigned to create the site forman´s plan. Through this new construction in the 12. district, 22 modern apartments, distributed over 6 floors, and 8 parking spots are being built. The seperate apartments can be accessed through the central stair case, as well as the elevator. storage room is provided through basement compartments.
